Who we are
Staycinema is a creative and digital agency that designs property listing pages, property films and social content for short-term rental owners. For any question about your data, write to hello@staycinema.com.
When you send an enquiry
The project form asks for:
- your property or portfolio link,
- your email address,
- the service you are interested in and an optional note,
- the campaign tags of the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content). They show which post or Story brought you and contain no personal details.
We use these details only to review your property and reply about your project. We do not add you to a newsletter. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b); KVKK Article 5(2)(c)).
Where it is processed
Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, which includes spam filtering, and we answer them from our Google Workspace email. These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their data processing terms.
Website analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which post or link brought a visit, and whether the concept film is played or a button is used.
Plausible does not use cookies, does not store personal data and does not follow you across other websites. To count unique visits it creates an anonymous identifier from the IP address and browser that changes every day; the IP address itself is not stored. Plausible is an EU company and stores its data in the EU. We load it from our own domain. This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which content helps property owners find us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f); KVKK Article 5(2)(f)).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to reply and follow up on your request. If we start working together, project records are kept as long as the work and our legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Analytics figures are aggregated and contain no personal data.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use by writing to hello@staycinema.com. You can also contact your data protection authority: in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK); in the EU, your local supervisory authority.

Concept property pages on this site, such as The Terrace, show fictional properties illustrated with AI-generated imagery. They are examples of our work, not rental listings, and they do not take bookings.
